FREEMASONRY AND ITS ‘SECRETS’.

As a Freemason this is the ‘inside track’ to honestly answer those questions
you never knew who to ask. Approved by Gloucestershire Provincial Grand Lodge it
will dispel myths and explain how Freemasonry is the biggest donator the
Charity, after the National Lottery. It explains the link with the ancient
Egyptian masons and addresses the question ‘what are the secrets’.
LOGISTICS OF BUILDING KING
SOLOMON’S TEMPLE
Giving a background to
the design and layout of the temple, from my own ‘research’, it focuses on the
little considered problems and logistics of building the temple and the Anatolia
Fortress on Mount Moriah. Operating a project with 40,000 ‘workers’ in a hot
country; feeding and providing sanitation! A $56 billion project at today’s
prices!
KING SOLOMON – WAS HE A WISE FOOL?
Solomon’s reign went
into decline after the Queen of Sheba visited him. She conceived his son. He
made very unwise decisions; ‘marrying’ 600 wives and building altars to heathen
gods, even in the Temple courtyard! This led to the break up of the kingdom
following his death. Was this also the way in which the Holy Ark of the Covenant
finished up in Ethiopia – if that is where it is?
ISRAEL AND FREEMASONRY
A talk is about Israel
and its ‘religious sites’ - is in quotes as nothing is definitive. “This is
where it is said to have been” precedes most explanations. Masonic reference is
to three lodges ‘working’ in a mix of languages accepting Christians, Jews,
Palestinians, Arabs, Greek Orthodox etc. It throws some light onto the situation
prevailing in that country.

Historical background
and explanation of the lead up to the performance with some poignant scenes from
the 6 hour production. it is the longest running play with the least
performances. Every 10 years 2010 will be the 41st.

Egypt looking at the temples, their gods and decoration. What is the connection
with freemasonry? What was King Tutankhamen’s curse?
A VERY SPECIAL BOOK
Hidden
for many years this unique one-off book by William Bemrose was presented to the
Provincial Grand Master of Gloucestershire in 1978 to mark his 50 years as a
Freemasonry. With hand carved wooden covers and illuminated text it was
originally produced as a ‘retirement’ gift for Charles Robert Colville MP the
Past Deputy Provincial Grand Master of Derbyshire in 1866.

An alternative take on how
the pyramids and temples were built. Were slaves used and questioning the
accepted methods of construction?. Looking at the timelines for the building of
the Sphinx and pyramids and examining the reasons for their construction; and by
whom?
HIRAM ABIFF & THE
TEMPLE ORNAMENTS
Knowledge was closely guarded so who was Hiram
Abiff the 'widows son?'. From the records left behind he was the Leonardo
Davinci of his day and to cast huge bronze items and make delicate instruments.
But how was it done? Just what were the problems he had to overcome? Was he
really King/Pharaoh Seqenenre Tao II?
